  • 2 private virtual 1:1 coaching sessions to help you integrate your learnings

  • Asynchronous support along the way via text, email, or voice memo

  • A supportive community of like-minded leaders who understand your challenges and share your aspirations (through group sessions & Slack)

FAQs

  • The program will run from March 13-June 5, meeting weekly on Thursday afternoons (EST). We will take three weeks off during that timeframe for 1:1 coaching and deeper integration.

  • Absolutely, many clients receive full or partial support for coaching from their organization. Reach out to learn more and discuss further.

  • You can anticipate the following on a weekly basis:

    • 1.5 hour group sessions*

    • 30-60 minutes of outside reflection or learning each week

    *We will take three weeks off from group sessions during our program duration to allow space for 1:1 coaching, deeper integration, and rest. Group sessions will be recorded for viewing afterwards, but you are strongly encouraged to attend live.

  • This program is great for those seeking community and who find value from learning with and alongside a community of like-minded peers.

    The program also provides more structure than typical 1:1 coaching support as we’ll follow a set curriculum, all custom-designed to get you to your leadership outcomes!

    Lastly, while my 1:1 coaching support is typically bespoke to support leaders through whatever challenges and opportunities are most present for them, this program is designed with a specific goal in mind: expanding your impact while preserving your wholeness and wellbeing.
